Mt Barney Resuce, 1 June 2015
QGAir Rescue 500 helicopter winched two hikers to safety at first light on 1st June, 2015. QFES technical rescuers, a QAS paramedic and SES volunteers spent the night on the mountain with the hikers until the QGAir team could conduct the rescue the next morning.
